REGULATORY PRODUCT COMPLIANCE MANAGER, PIF & REGISTRATION At Coty, you’ll get to work in a passionate team of experts, with the freedom to make an impact and have some fun along the way. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Regulatory Product Compliance Manager, you are responsible for contributing to overall regulatory compliance and enabling products to be marketed around the world. Your main focus: Is to manage the regulatory aspects of skincare, sun and bodycare products. Guide different stakeholders to develop products in compliance with the regulations of the desired country, formulas, raw materials, formulas, labeling, packaging…) Review, approve and/or issue technical documents to ensure complete and accurate Product Information Files (PIFs) and registration dossiers. Act as the expert on PIF requirements, train and guide other team members as applicable. Lead your project to ensure it meets the overall timelines, interact with multiple functions on site or other Coty locations, enable resolutions of challenges related to product registration. Follow-up with other internal functions (Product Development, Artwork planners, Initiative leaders, packaging, MD…) as to resolve questions related to the documentation. The team consists of regulatory professionals in various sites in Europe and the US and you will work closely with the wider regulatory team and cross-functional R&D group, as well as marketing or supply chain. Working in this team, you will feel part of a dedicated team that works closely together, and you will report to the Senior Manager Regulatory Product Compliance. All your colleagues are passionate about beauty, you will be part of a diverse and international team filled, contributing your own unique experiences and skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment. YOU ARE A COTY FIT You like to work in the regulatory field with beauty products. As an experienced Regulatory professional, you like to handle multiple tasks with high level of expertise and accuracy, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: Have minimum 5 years of regulatory experience in cosmetics. Master the European cosmetic regulation and requirements for product registration in various countries, including China. Are fluent in English and French Bachelor or Master in cosmetics or other sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, chemistry….) Self-starter, you like to learn about new area and develop your expertise. proficiency with MS-Office and high command of IT in general. Quick learner of new software and systems and good ability to present and train others.
